Gradient effect

1. Open Photoshop. Open desired image. 2. Image > Adjust > Desaturate 3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance (Color Levels: 88, 0, 82) 4. Go to Channel Palette. Select Gradient Tool. Choose White as foreground and Black as Background color. Drag the tool from top right to bottom left.
